Karen Durrett earned a Diamond Membership in the Portland Metropolitan Million Dollar Club her first year as a professional realtor with more than $5,000,000 in closed dollar volume sales. Quite an accomplishment! Her success has been consistent and is not only evidenced in volume but in her relationships with clients and referrals.

Karen is a former securities trader for a New York Stock Exchange member firm but took a break from trading to raise three children. During that time she volunteered for a number of organizations and chaired one of the largest fund raising auctions for the Boys and Girls Club. The March of Dimes selected her as a "Woman of Achievement" at their annual White Rose Luncheon because of her many volunteer activities. Through these achievements, Karen consistently demonstrates her ability to excel in all areas of her life.

As business grew, so did the demands and Karen joined forces with Christi Lawrence as her partner. Christi's background as a Personal Banking Representative and officer in the Real Estate Loan Division of First Interstate Bank is a great addition to the team. Together they have lived a combined 45 years in Dunthorpe. Both served as Presidents of the Riverdale Parent Teacher Club, chaired numerous fund raising efforts and have been involved in all areas of the community. Christi is a 5th generation native Oregonian who grew up in Northeast Portland. Over the years, she has lived in Beaverton, the West Hills, and has resided in Dunthorpe for the past twenty-four years. She is the mother of six college graduates who were educated in local public schools. Christi gave freely of her time to many local non-profit organizations, and is particularly supportive of The March of Dimes and New Avenues For Youth. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, Christi was a Personal Banking Representative and an officer in the Real Estate Loan Division of First Interstate Bank.

Christi is a member of the Million Dollar Club. As a dedicated Real Estate Broker, she believes that it is her personal responsibility to add value to every transaction.
